Questions
Do we have to book the venue through Shoal?
No. Book the hotel, resort or retreat center however you like. Shoal handles the invitations, agenda, app and check-in for it.
Is it too much for a small group?
No. When you create the event, choose Team Offsite or Retreat and only the agenda, the app and a survey are switched on. Plans start at $149 for up to 50 people.
Can we keep it to our own people?
Yes. Events are private by default, so only the emails you invite can register, and the event never shows up in search engines.
