Built for Internal Company Conferences

Run your company conference without a public website or a big platform.

Internal events have their own rules: only employees should register, nothing should show up on Google, and people need to know where to be. Shoal starts private and gives every employee their own schedule.

How Shoal Helps

Only Your People Can Register

Events are private by default. Paste or import your invite list, send branded invitations, and only those emails can register, signed in as themselves. Private events tell search engines to stay away and never appear in our sitemap.

Everyone Knows Where to Be

Put people in tracks by team or role, by hand or from a spreadsheet of email and track, and each person's schedule follows. Or let them pick sessions, with seat limits and clash checks. Their schedule syncs to their phone's calendar.

Tables, Seats and Who's at Your Table

Import table and seat numbers with your attendee list. Each person sees their seat and the seating chart in the app, and, if you turn it on, who else is at their table.

Updates for the Right Group

Send in-app notifications to everyone, or to an audience you define, such as one track, one company or people who haven't checked in. Team-only fields hold notes your attendees never see.

Something to Talk About

Turn on the Game with teams by track or by an audience you define, and a leaderboard on the big screen. Points for meeting colleagues from other teams get people out of their usual circles.

Questions

Can we stop people outside the company from registering?

Yes. On a private event only the emails you invite can register, and they must be signed in with that email.

Do employees have to pay?

No. Free registration is built in, and Shoal's price is per event, paid by you.

Can we use our company's branding?

Yes. Your logo, colors and fonts appear on invitations, tickets, the app and badges.

Also built for Association Meetings and Conferences and Customer and Partner Events.
