Sessions, Speakers and Tracks
Add sessions with times and descriptions. Add speakers with photos and link them to sessions. Group sessions into tracks, and put a session in more than one track when it fits several audiences.
Let Attendees Pick
In pick mode, attendees add sessions to their own schedule from the event page or their ticket. Shoal enforces seat limits and blocks time clashes, so nobody double-books themselves and no room goes over.
Or Assign Tracks
In assigned mode, you place attendees in tracks by hand or with pasted lines or a CSV of email and track. A person's schedule is the sessions in their track plus any session open to all tracks.
Import From a Spreadsheet
The Agenda, Speakers and Tracks tabs each take a CSV, with templates to start from. If any row has a problem, nothing is imported, so you never end up with half a schedule.

Questions
Can attendees choose their own sessions?
Yes. In pick mode they add sessions from the event page or their ticket. Seat limits and time clashes are checked for them.
Can I send different people to different tracks?
Yes. In assigned mode you put each person in a track, and their schedule follows. You can also message a single track from the Emails tab.
What if my CSV has a mistake?
Shoal checks every row first. If any row is bad, it tells you which and imports nothing.
