Features

Make every page, ticket and email look like your organization.

Set your look once and Shoal applies it everywhere your attendees see you, from the event page to the ticket and the emails.

Set It Once

Pick your logo, brand color, font and corner style on the Branding page. Shoal darkens button colors where needed so white text stays easy to read. Your look then applies to every event in your organization.

Use Your Own Fonts

Choose from built-in fonts or upload your own and use them on your pages. Emails keep a built-in fallback font so they display reliably in every inbox.

Banner and Splash Screen

Add a banner image for the top of the event page and the Ticket tab. Add a splash screen with its own color that shows when attendees open the app.

One Event, Its Own Look

A product launch can look different from your annual conference. Switch off organization branding for a single event and give it its own color, font, corners and logo.

What You Can Do

  • Your logo on event pages, tickets and emails
  • Brand color with accessible button contrast
  • Built-in fonts, or upload your own
  • Corner style: sharper or rounder
  • Event banner on the event page and Ticket tab
  • Splash screen when the attendee app opens
  • Organization branding by default, or a separate look for one event
  • Applied to invitations, confirmation emails and badges

Questions

Can I use a custom font?

Yes. Upload your font files under Your Fonts on the Branding page, then choose the font for your organization or a single event.

Can one event look different from the rest?

Yes. Turn off organization branding for that event and set its own color, font, corners and logo on the Branding tab of its Attendee App.

Do emails use my branding too?

Yes. Invitations, confirmations and reminders use your logo and colors. Emails use a built-in font so they look right in every email app.
