One Link, No App Store
Attendees open their ticket in any phone browser. There is nothing to install and no account to create. On Android an Add App button puts it on the home screen in one tap, and iPhone users get simple steps, so it opens like any other app.
Ticket, Schedule, Notifications and Venue
The Ticket tab shows the QR code for check-in, with Add to calendar links. The Schedule tab shows the sessions a person is attending, and Sync to Your Calendar keeps their phone's calendar up to date. Notifications carry your updates, and the Venue tab shows the address, map and floor plan. Once someone is checked in, the app opens straight to their schedule.
Their Profile, Their Seat
Attendees add a photo and fix their name, job title and company on the Profile tab. Show each person their table and seat, the seating chart and, if you like, who else is at their table.
Event Info and Sponsors
Add your own pages for parking, Wi-Fi, dress code or anything else, starting from a template, with buttons, pictures, PDFs, FAQs, contact cards and videos. They show as tiles on the app's Info tab, and you choose who sees each one and when. Sponsors appear where you place them: on the home tab, above the schedule, or on their own tab.
A Game That Gets People Talking
Turn on the Game and attendees earn points for checking in, adding a photo, building their schedule, meeting people by scanning badges, finding secret codes and answering trivia. Add badges, teams, a live leaderboard and prizes.
